PROTIEN PANCAKES
Ingredients
*1 c oatmeal
*3 egg whites
*1/2 c sugar free applesauce
*2/3 c protien powder
*1tsp cinnamen
*1c FF milk
*1 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 tsp baking powder
1. Add all dry ingredients together, than add liquid and mix!
2. Preheat a skillet at medium heat, and spray with nonstick cooking spray, (PAM).
3. Pour batter in 1/4 c at a time
4. Top with berries and sugar free syrup- YUM!
Serves 4...only takes about 15 min to make!

...I've also mixed in bananas and choc protien powder...delicious! Raisons and brown sugar are also yummy options:)
